The distict convetion for this year begins on April 24th at the Atlanta Marriott Century Center. Participant may check in beginnning at 3PM on the 23rd and that evening share a dinner at Athens Pizza, courtasy of Brother Sandy Papadopoulos.

 

Scheduled events for the convention are as follows: 

 

FRIDAY, APRIL 24

• 9AM– 2 OPENING CEREMONIES AND GENERAL MEETING MARRIOTT

• 12:30PM LUNCH AT SMOKE RISE GOLF COURSE

• 1-5PM GOLF TOURNAMENT AT SMOKE RISE GOLF COURSE (CAPTAIN’S CHOICE)

   OR SIGHTSEEING ATLANTA LANDMARKS 

• 5-7PM HOSPITALITY SUITE

• 7-10PM DINNER AT FANTASTIC RESTAURANT

• 10PM - ? AFTER PARTY FOR SONS AND MAIDS LANDMARK DINER

 

SATURDAY, APRIL 25

• 9AM- 1PM GENERAL MEETINGS/SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION

• 1-3PM PAST DISTRICT GOVERNORS MEETING

• BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT ALL DAY

• SIGHTSEEING ATLANTA LANDMARKS (NARRATED TOUR BY PANOS CONSTANTINIDES)

• 5-7PM HOSPITALITY SUITE

• 7PM – ? PRIVATE PARTY AND AWARDS DINNER SANDY PAPADOPOULO’S HOME

 

SUNDAY, APRIL 26

• 10 -12 AM CHURCH SERVICE ANNUNCIATION CATHEDRAL

• 1-3PM BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT FINALS

 

All brothers are encouraged to attend and discuss issues affecting the chapters and district in relation to the national perspective. Families are welcome to attend all events.
